With your explicit permission, the App accesses Apple HealthKit data including heart rate, step count, active energy burned, workout sessions, and other health metrics. This data is used solely to provide you with fitness tracking and insights within the App.

User-Provided Data

You may voluntarily enter information such as workout logs, nutrition entries, body measurements, and personal goals. This data is stored locally on your device and in your private iCloud account via CloudKit.

Automatically Collected Data

We may collect anonymous, aggregated analytics data (e.g., app usage patterns, crash reports) through Apple's built-in analytics services to improve the App. This data cannot be used to identify you personally.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and maintain the App's core fitness tracking features
• To sync your data across your Apple devices via CloudKit
• To display health insights, trends, and progress charts
• To improve App performance and fix bugs using anonymous analytics

4. Data Storage & Security

Your health and fitness data is stored locally on your device using CoreData and synced to your private iCloud account via Apple CloudKit. We do not operate our own servers to store your personal data. We implement appropriate technical safeguards including encryption at rest and in transit.

5. Third-Party Sharing

We do notsell, trade, rent, or otherwise share your personal or health data with third parties. In compliance with Apple's HealthKit guidelines, health data accessed through HealthKit is never used for advertising or shared with third parties.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Revoke HealthKit permissions at any time through iOS Settings
• Delete your data by removing the App or clearing App data
• Request a copy of your data by contacting us
• Opt out of anonymous analytics through iOS Settings

7. Children's Privacy

The App is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically.
