With your permission, the App accesses your device's location to geotag photo check-ins. Location data is attached to check-in records and transmitted to our servers for storage and display to authorized administrators.

Photos & Camera

The App uses your device camera to capture check-in photos. Photos are uploaded to our servers and associated with your check-in records. Photos are only accessible to you and your team's administrators.

Account Information

When you create an account or are added to a team, we collect your name, email address, and team affiliation to manage access and identify check-ins.

Google Places Data

The App uses the Google Places API to help you search for and tag locations. Search queries are sent to Google in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To create and store geotagged photo check-in records
• To display check-ins to your team administrators via the admin console
• To facilitate location search and tagging through Google Places
• To authenticate your identity and manage team access
• To improve App performance and fix bugs

4. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored on secured servers using PostgreSQL with encryption at rest and in transit. We implement industry-standard security measures including HTTPS, hashed credentials, and access controls to protect your information.

5. Third-Party Services

The App uses the following third-party services:

• Google Places API— for location search and tagging. Subject to Google's Privacy Policy.

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal data to third parties for marketing or advertising purposes.

6. Data Retention

Check-in records (including photos and location data) are retained for as long as your team account is active. You or your team administrator may request deletion of check-in data at any time by contacting us.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Revoke location and camera permissions at any time through iOS Settings
• Request access to your personal data
• Request deletion of your data and account
• Opt out of non-essential data collection

8. Children's Privacy

The App is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
