How do I log sets, reps, and weight?

During an active exercise, use the + and – buttons to adjust weight and reps for each set. Tap "Finish Set" when done, or "Take Break" to start a rest timer between sets.

What can I quick-log from the home screen?

The Quick Log section lets you log meals (with macros), supplements (with dosage), medications, and cardio activities without starting a full workout.

How does CloudKit sync work?

Your workout data syncs automatically to your private iCloud account. Make sure you are signed into iCloud on your device and have iCloud enabled for ApexForge in Settings > Apple Account > iCloud.

Is my health data shared with anyone?
